Every original work and edition is accompanied by documentation designed to preserve authenticity, provenance, and long-term collectibility.

Authentication

All original works and editions are issued directly through Sawyer Fine Art LLC and include a signed Certificate of Authenticity.

Certificates contain identifying information specific to each work and serve as a permanent record of authenticity.

Provenance

Provenance records are maintained for all original works and editions.

Where applicable, records may include:

• • Date of creation

  • Ownership history

  • Exhibition history

  • Transfer history

  • Documentation updates

Maintaining accurate provenance supports both the historical record and long-term collectibility of each work.

Collector information is kept confidential and is never disclosed publicly without permission.

Documentation

Supporting documentation is maintained for all works and may include:

• Certificates of Authenticity

• High-resolution archival images

• Edition records

• Condition documentation

• Installation reference materials

Documentation is available to collectors upon request.

Editions

Limited Edition prints are produced using museum-grade archival materials and are signed and numbered by the artist.

Collector Editions are produced in significantly smaller quantities and include hand-finished elements unique to each piece. No two Collector Editions are identical.

Edition records are permanently maintained to ensure authenticity and edition integrity.

Care & Preservation

Works are created using professional-grade materials selected for longevity and archival stability.

Collectors requiring guidance regarding display, handling, framing, or long-term preservation are welcome to inquire directly.

Transfers & Estate Records

Collectors are encouraged to retain all accompanying documentation.

Ownership transfers, estate records, and collection documentation can be updated upon request to help preserve provenance continuity over time.
